will there a way to actual play game unrestricted?

for fast speech. I only want to play the game that could not have region lock, family that wait 1 year just to join another and family have limited slot. And sometime steam refuse connection (Error There was an error communicating with the Steam servers. Please try again later.), and resulting i can't log to any online game

That's not Steam's fault, but your government's fault. Steam is banned in Vietnam.

Aside we may know to deal when something is banned in digital place, but i feel so strictly since the trick to get some game that f2p but region lock now :(

No one is going to suggest ways to circumvent a government restriction on the service.

Though it may not apply to the OP, there are places in the world where you get shot just for expressing interest in doing something like that.

In that case, being able to play vidya should probably be significantly lower on their list of priorities.
