No one can do that.
It'd make the old 'getting several hundred friend requests a day' days seem like a walk in the park.
I can think of far more delightful things than being pestered by some randoms who thinks opportunity equals invitation ...
You know where most scammers are these days?
It was used constantly for scams, impersonation, pestering for trades, toxic/hateful messages, and general asshattery.
When that was removed, they started using the feature to invite you to groups in order to send you messages. Then they removed the ability to send group invites to people you are not friends with either.
I got so many group invites because people were mad that I did a shieldless katana hexer in dark souls 2 red arena. Dark orb+great heal excerpt and dark(not resonant) weapon, I think I had like an 80% win rate with that combo.
