Separate Shared Wishlist
I feel as though we should have an option to have a shared wishlist with whoever you add to the group so anyone can add games they feel would be fun to play together. It would be separate from the main wishlist

I use a Steam group discussions thread for this. That also allows the members to add reasons why said game was suggested.
