I've been playing this game "IOSoccer" for a quite long time with some friends, and we've noticed that in-game, you can see each player country flag except some countries. When i spoke with the game owner, he told me that it's related to steam geoip. So i'm asking if there's any possible way to show those country flags in-game. Thanks!
