yep, thats the one thing i noticed with the current iteration of the queue, for some odd reason it likes to stop the game before it, from downloading and installing, as you drag them all into the queue, its quite annoying to say the least.
also wish they would just bring back auto updates, so you dont have to waste time clearing the downloads page, but instead have them all downloaded when steams is running and you arent at the pc, or at the very least, bring back the "download all" button, so we dont have to do all this extra work and waste time, not playing games...
as it is, the more time im wasting downloading updates, the less time i play my games, means the less time i spend looking for more to buy and play, thus less money going to game developers and valve.
