Custom Steam Cloud?

So my suggestion is to add the ability to manually mark files for steam to upload and download. This way people with multiple devices (like Steam Deck owners) can jump back and forth between each device for any game and have their progress there even for games that don't officially support Steam Cloud like LEGO Batman.

Maybe even the option to link third party cloud services? Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.?
