I encountered such a problem in Steam that from some regions to other regions you can't give gifts to friends.

I'll give you a personal example - I have a friend in Poland and it was his birthday, I wanted to give him the game he wanted. But I couldn't do it because of the huge difference in price for the product. This is despite the fact that this same friend was able to give me games. (His are more expensive than mine)

Therefore, I want to propose to provide the opportunity to give gifts in steam to friends at their regional price. If the prices in your region do not allow you to do this. I think this will be fair and anyone who wants to please their friends will be able to do this

laws and taxes are the issue. they cannot charge you for a different regions prices
