Standard Browser Keyboard Shortcuts for Steam Browser Windows
By Steam Browser windows I mean the new window that appears when you right click a link in the main Steam client and select "Open in new tab...". This new window has a window title of "Steam - Browser" instead of just "Steam".

There are a bunch of keyboard shortcuts that are standard across browsers (at least across both Chrome and Firefox) that are not supported on Steam Browser windows--and it would be nice if they were.

Some examples:

Ctrl+W - close tab
Ctrl+Tab - switch to next tab
Ctrl+Shift+Tab - switch to previous tab
Ctrl+Shift+T - reopen last closed tab

I have some of these mapped to buttons on my mouse, but they just don't work in Steam.

Steam's browser is chromium based. But it's not intended to be equal or equivalent to Chrome/Firefox.

Nothing wrong with asking about shortcuts or anything. But in the same token whenever some feature is omitted compared to chrome/firefox that might require some managed expectations.

Yeah, I'm familiar with chrome/chromium as the base of many desktop apps these days. Though I'm a little surprised Internet says it's a custom framework and not an Electron app.

So I get that there's no reason I should expect normal web browser behavior necessarily. But the keyboard shortcuts above (with maybe the exception of restoring the last tab) sound pretty basic to implement--to me, anyway.
