Separate the achievements (Base Game - DLCs - Others)
Hello, how are you? I would like to propose some ideas for the Steam system and community. Currently, a huge community is forming and growing more and more, which would be the "Platinators" of games. I had a great idea to help this community. We could separate the achievements between Base Game = DLCs, this would maintain a better organization in the layout of achievements and games, but it would also help people who want to platinum games, but cannot afford to pay for DLC at the moment.

No, companies can not already do this!
This is the PC platform, not the console platform. If you want 100%, then you 100% ALL the content. There is no issue with how Steam handles achievements. You either have done ALL the content in a game or you have not.

I am a completionist and I find it completely fair that one needs to do ALL the content in a game to get 100%. You know what I find unfair? Those who want to "cheat" and manipulate the system to pretend to have done 100% of a game's content when they really haven't done 100% of a game's content. You know, maybe Steam should get involved and make sure people can't cheat like that.

Here's another point to ponder, why should someone get to have 100% for a game without the DLC content when someone else got a true 100% by doing it with all the extra content?

valid only if these contents were together with the base game, without the need to have to BUY after purchasing the game. You are correct in saying that it is unfair for one person to have to buy all the DLCs while another can do so without having to spend a lot of money on it. However, this argument of "injustice" would only be valid AGAIN if it were not necessary to have to buy a different DLC every time one is released, or to have to spend some amount every month, because the company creates 100 DLCs per month and you are forced to buy them all, and at no time did you receive a warning when you purchased, saying "WE WILL RELEASE SOME MORE DLCs, SO STAY ATTENTIVE TO OUR PRICES AND UNDEFINED DATES"
This is a great idea, even though I like to 100% games and earn all the achievements. It is unfair that some games require you to purchase more content for the game to earn some achievements. Having DLC's separate like PSN does would be awesome. And the DLC's don't count as separate games, it just acts as an extension of the game. This would make achievement hunting more accessible for people who can only spend so much money on games.
