I am currently looking for dlcs on sale in the steam shop. I am currently not seeing any possibility to filter only for dlcs for games that I already own, since I am mostly shown those for games I do not already own.
Is there a possibility that you might add that feature in the future?

(also if that feature already exists, how could I access it?)
