Screenshots and visibility of who likes

Hello, I recently got the idea that it would be nice if it was displayed who put a like, for example, next to the like/dislike buttons a separate button, when you hover the mouse, people would be displayed (1)
And also make the display of uploaded screenshots more visible, now it is displayed in the lower right corner in white with a white SMALL icon, but I would like to make it more distinguishable, because recently I cleared unnecessary screenshots and accidentally deleted the uploaded ones forever, because on especially light screenshots this icon is hard to see (2)

It's so sad that I started actively using steam only in the summer of 2022 and didn't see that function
