Allow developers to separate achievements from their games, for example:

- Separate the achievements for the single-player campaign.
- Separate the DLC achievements.
- Separate online achievements.

Also, do not allow developers to add new achievements once the game/dlc is released. (Not including early access)

Why this?
For example, some games have online achievements, but in that game, the online component is completely dead or servers are even offline, which will make it impossible for new players to reach 100% achievement. Separating them will allow better tracking of the 100% completed games.

Can basically guarantee that will never happen. Valve isn't going to dictate how developers update their games. There's no monetary reason to. Not to mention, I've got several games that had added achievements over years that I was happy they added so I'd gladly want the opposite of this
I can understand the desire to have dlc achievements separate, even though I don't think it'll happen. I don't understand not allowing developer's to add new achievements though. I enjoy when a game add's new achievements for new content that's been added (Vampire Survivors as an example) and I don't see a compelling reason why a developer should be restricted in this manner because someone feels some type of way about no longer having 100% in the game.
