The system requirements seen on the store pages isn't populated from a defined list of hardware. They are simply open text fields which doesn't provide an easy source of data to use as a filter.

Also, there is more to whether a game will run on a certain set of hardware than just hardware. Drivers, A/V, problematic USB perphs, etc., can all negatively affect a piece of software's ability to run well.

It would be really cool to know how well the game will go on my device. For example, you can check the boxes for meeting the minimum and recommended requirements on the game's page in the store. You can also display FPS statistics from other players who have run this game and have the same or similar device characteristics.

The system requirements are on the game store pages, if you meet those likely it can run on your system, otherwise it is a matter of knowing how your system runs to begin with to determine if a game would in fact run. Otherwise console is suggested for you as you will not need to keep track of system specs.
