So, within the Steam Settings -> Interface, you can find the options for the Steam Context Menu, here, you can find numerous steam features, such as the ability to change your status, what shows up in the context menu, etc.

My suggestion here would be the ability to change the order in which these appear, and not just whether or not they appear, whether by individual ones, or by their "category" which is how they are split in the context menu.
