my steam account is trade hacked
at some point in time 2 weeks ago my steam was hacked. the person that hacked me locked me out of my steam except for my messages, the person told me they were apart of steam support and i was under investigation for fraud and in order for my account to continue with the investigation i need to clear my inventory and send all my skins to a trusted friend which i did i sent everything to my brother who i play with everyday. i have steam guard and 2fa so i figured i was safe but when i went to the mobile app to accept the trade i found out after that the hacker added a trade bot that diverts all my trades i make or are made to me to a bot steam account. i have reported the account 15+ times and submitted 2 tickets to steam support but they keep getting closed so im not sure if this is still the hackers work or if steam just dosent care. ive heard good things about steam support and that they are very reliable but im starting to feel wrong. this is kind of my last attempt because i have no idea what to do next please help

Tickets were closed by the hijacker because they are in control of your account right now, do all these steps:

1. Scan for malware.
https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.

3. Deauthorize all other devices.
https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

4. Change passwords from a clean computer.

5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key).

You fell for scam and your account is still compromised.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
