As for The Matrix Awakens: An Unreal Engine 5 Experience, Epic Games holds the rights to that on their service.
This forum, is for making suggestions and ideas on changes to the UI on the steam app, client and website.
As you have already been informed, you need to talk to the games publishers and request them to sell there games on steam.
