Actual Support
I think it would be awesome if Steam, as a huge billion dollar business, had something resembling actual support. I got an error message about a gift purchase being 'pending review', I try looking up the error on your help page, I get nothing. There's a line telling you to contact support, only I can't because every link to 'contact support' just goes back to your unhelpful help page.

How do I get in contact with a human being to actually review the problem? Is your support strategy to just funnel customers to an unhelpful, opague help page and hope they give up?

Support is 100% via the ticketing system.
