notifications for receiving gifted games

Need a better system to alert you when you receive a gifted game. When I have sent games as gifts the recipient doesn't know they have received a gift. Need a little light by the bell notification to "notify" you. The bell just shaking isn't working for a lot of us and yes I'm aware of the email you get
