Hover clowm emoji to show their names
I have been given a clown emoji and I need to see who sent it so I can personally thank them.

But when you hover the emoji it does not tell you who.

Change that so customers can see who sent it so we can thank them.

Probably never going to happen, not showing who gave what, is keeping the drama down.

Valve stopped showing who sent the awards in the emails for receiving awards a couple weeks after they launched the awards.

Yup, you totally want to "thank them". Unfortunately for you (and others), Steam isn't ever going to allow you to do this.

People who are absolutely certain the jester award can never be construed as an insult on any level are suddenly very cagey about OP's suggestion hmmm
