A few days earlier I came up with an idea: why steam doesn't have a feature where you can choose specific level of featured bagde if user maxed it/has a higher level. For example, I want a max level badge of specific game but for featuring I want a level 3 bagde because I like it more.

It is a small and silly feature but ig it will be very useful for people who really care about their profiles.
