Swap purchased game instead of refund

Please consider adding an option to swap a recently purchased game for another of equal or lower price (or pay the difference if higher), instead of waiting for a refund. It would save time and improve the user experience. Thanks!

While it may seem better for users, the transaction will still need to be refunded and the new transaction made. The back end receipt complications can be exasperated.
