Friend request from randoms

Greetings,
Could you please add the option to disable friend requests so we can freely choose whether to have it or not? It's getting a bit frustrating to keep blocking random low level accounts (most likely scammers) who send friend request. I absolutely find no point of preventing us that.

If you’re getting a lot of requests, then there is a good chance you have shared your Steam ID publicly somewhere.

Hi,
No bro I never shared my account tbh. Yesterday I got 3 friend requests, today zero. 2 days ago zero aswell. It's random I believe

If your profile is set to public and you have inventory items publicly viewable, then many of those random are possibly scammers wanting to trick you.

I would argue that replying to threads without actually bothering to read them first is quite rude to the OP. And that's something you do with extreme frequency.

They simply need to hide their inventory as suggested, at this moment they can't prevent friend requests, so regardless of what was read by others op does have options. Best of luck, blocked, etc.
