Steam sucks in all the controllers and doesn't give me control over them.
I have PS Remote Play with a wired PS controller I want PS Remote Play to use it exclusively, but the second steam sees a controller powered on, it sucks it in, without permission and assumes I want to use it with steam. I want to tell steam to never touch this controller.
