With all the sorting features for reviews at the bottom of the page, making reviews from accounts who refunded the game its own tab entirely seems necessary.

It is valuable information to know why people refunded a game.

It is also a free way to manipulate reviews. The game could be played just long enough to earn review privileges, then given a positive or negative review, and finally refunded. This is exploitative and makes it difficult to understand genuine consensus on how the game actually measure up.

Steam already hides and notifies about review bombing, and I would like steam to make reviews from refunded accounts visible only in its own pool.
