I am a stone's throw from Czechia (which is NOT the Czech Republic anymore - the government of Czechia changed its name YEARS AGO). I keep changing my download region to Czechia. YOU keep changing it to Berlin.

Your support made me jump through a bunch of hoops, before admitting the obvious: You are stealing my IP address and using it to FORCE a download region on me that is over 3 hours away, where as Czechia is a 1/2 hour away, and Prague is 1 1/2 hours away. Pyur sets my IP address to Erfurt, Halle, Magdeburg, all of which are farther away from the Osterzgebirge than Prague is!!! I know that they do this, so I choose the region closest TO ME! MY ACTUAL LOCATION.

When I set my download region, write it to your database and STOP CHANGING IT.

Especially stop wasting my life with useless "customer service help" that is patently WRONG.
