When multiple accounts on the computer share games, they pull the data from the SAME game folder.
You don't get multiple installs of a game for different accounts.
So when you have one account uninstall it, that means the files have been removed from the computer, thus the other accounts cannot access the game folder as the folder no longer exists on the computer.

I don't mean removing as in uninstalling, i meant removing as in removing the game from the account library without uninstalling.
