I had that happen a few times over long videos. The fix for me was to "clip" shorter parts. So for instance if I were to clip a 40 min video out of a 60 one, it might have given me that error, so I'd try to clip 20 mins, if it wouldn't work, I'd try 15, till it'd work. Problem is you gotta do a few clips then put em together after.
