In the STEAM CLIENT, of course. But in the web browser it stays in your regional settings. So you have to change the language of the browser. That shouldn't be the solution, Steam should have a better language change system, regardless of the language of the browser.

with the english interface, every time before downloading the game, you have to go to properties and change the language of the game, which is not very convenient :(

I'm now browsing the community in English with a browser in Spanish. You need to setup your language choice for Steam n the browser IIRC.

Oh, I understand I just let it everything in English, that's why it works for me.
