Hi there, I’d love to request a simple but useful feature: the ability to add private notes to games in our Steam library and on store pages.

I have a large library, and sometimes I want to jot down things like:

“Good city builder, but save this for when I have more time.”

“Interesting concept, but not for me right now.”

“Loved the first 30 minutes, come back to this after finishing [another game].”

Right now, the only real place to write that is in a review, but that’s obviously public and intended for more finalized opinions. I don’t always want to publish a review after just a short play session, but I do want to remember what I thought or where I left off.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to leave game-specific notes for myself that:

Are visible on the game’s library page and store page (if owned).

Can be edited or removed at any time.

Are completely private and not tied to reviews or community content.

Even a simple notes field per game would go a long way in helping players manage large libraries more effectively. Thanks for considering it!
