Feature Request: Option to Mute or Silence Incoming Steam Calls Without Enabling Do Not Disturb

I’d love to see an option in Steam to mute or silence incoming voice/video calls without having to enable Do Not Disturb. Right now, the only way to stop the loud ringtone is to fully disable all notifications with DND, which also blocks chat messages and other alerts I still want to receive.

It would be really useful to have a separate toggle just for call audio or ringing—something that lets us stay online and chat without being interrupted by call sounds.

Hope this can be considered for a future update. Thanks!

If you have a friend who's harassing you with voice call requests, it sounds like you aren't actually friends with that person.

Actually it is quite a complicated situation. The person who is “spamming” me is an autistic friend a met awhile back online and have been helping him for awhile, he just sometimes doesn’t understand that calling me a million times until I answer is wrong. Trust me I’ve tried to explain it to him but he’s very young + that ringtone is GOD AWFUL and so annoying when your in the middle of a game so having an option to silence it would be lovely! :)

If you are using chat messages why not message that you are too busy for voice chat? Keep in mind my suggestion isn't against it, simply curious why not utilize what is there?
