Fix suggested prices for Poland
Considering that the conversion rate for Polish currency was last update over 2 years ago and on top of that it was during a particularly bad time, you really need to fix that issue. It's really not funny that we have to pay almost 10% more than other european countries and about 20% more than USA. This issue has stopped being funny a long time ago. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

This has come up a number of times over the last year. And while you're not wrong. Are there no other PC gaming store options? Epic, GoG. Xbox, etc? How are their prices?

Because at a certain point if a store doesn't price things favorably for you, you can holler at the store all you want, they may not care. Your recourse is to migrate to other stores that offer the products you want at a price you are willing to pay.
Valve cannot do anything.
The game devs set the final price.
The suggestion price is nothing more than a suggestion and the devs are not forced, nor required to use it.

So complain to the devs, not Steam.

And what if the game is only avalable on Steam? Or the devs/publishers are using Steam suggested prices on other stores? Just because other stores exist it doesn't mean that this is not an issue.

They ultimately set the prices of their own products, going with the suggested price is an option.

They can though. They can finally fix their suggested prices. It's not that complicated. Of course there are devs that actually ignore suggested prices and set a reasonable ones but they are a minority. I can guarantee you that most are not even gonna bother with even checking if the suggested prices make sense and just gonna blindly use them, often even refusing to adjust the prices afterwards.
get a physical copy from other country which people working harder?

VAT in Poland is 23%. Sales tax in the United States is added on top of the listed price. Even ignoring other reasons why the price would be different, listed prices in countries where the price includes tax are always going to be higher than listed prices in countries where the tax is added on afterwards.

Speak to your Government about VAT.

https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/taxation/vat/vat-rules-rates/index_en.htm

VAT rates applied in EU countries

Although VAT is charged throughout the EU, each EU country is responsible for setting its own rates.

As for the USA the price shown does not include tax which is added later at checkout.

In the EU the price shown includes VAT. For Poland VAT is 23%.

That argument of yours would have made sense if not for the fact that we are still paying about 10% more than other EU countries which have similar taxes.

800 games 1200 DLC, seems to be a huge problem. Maybe the prices should be increased instead.

Trust me, most of those come from heavy sales, outside of steam and/or were free. I almost never buy directly on steam due to the often ridiculous pricing. Also, I have this account for over 12 years now, don't you think that over such a long time one could realistically gather a sizable library? So no, just because I have a big steam library it doesn't mean that the issue doesn't exist.

18 years of Steam and 185 games also from the EU, but I'm not complaining that it has to be cheaper. Either I buy the games or I don't, that's also an option. It's not about food but about luxury items. But oh good, I absolutely need 2000 games in my library.
If you can afford to buy 80 games and 100+ DLCs a year, you can also afford to buy about 10 AAA games in a year instead.
