Can't press the three dots and ignore some items

Being able to press Ignore on items that don't allow it on the shop page

It would be helpful to anyone trying to help you if you could give an example.

Off the top of my head, some developers do not have a page set up for themselves, but that's a gear icon, not three dots.

Go to any page with title artwork for a game. Hover over said title artwork. Look at the top right corner for 3 dots and click on that.
