Secondly level zero is a full Private account, or Friends only account.

No. Valve's system isn't designed around people with inane biases. Or if you choose to believe silly things, then your lot in life is to waste your time doing silly things. And that's not a problem anyone needs to fix for you.

respectfully this isn't needed.

Valve prevents bot/spam by preventing free accounts from initiating communicating with / adding other players. (They can only be added by a paying account)

If you want to block people over silly reasons, you'll have to do it manually. Valve isn't going to cater to that.

Setup macros on your mouse for easier manual blocking, that is as close as you will get to it as it is an unneeded feature.

Many people set their account to private or friends only for security reasons, while others have no desire to advertise a profile they are forced to have.

It's very easy to identify trolls and idiots and block them accordingly.

If a profile is set to private or friends only it is displayed as level zero, regardless of the actual number.
