Ask whoever is the liscense holder at the time.

That said, im fairly sure you can get all of them on GOG.

M&M 1-6 are indeed available on GoG.

Sorry, your in the wrong forum, This is a STEAM related sub-forum, to discuss Ideas and suggestions for valve to make to the steam User Interface on the App, client and website and the online steam services.

This forum has nothing to do with game related suggestions, or questions etc. Steam does not go out looking for games to add to the steam store. You need to contact the IP holder, game publisher, or developer directly. Those ask steam to sell there games.

Ubisoft owns the license, so go and ask them to release it on steam
