Microsoft Rewards

Hi
How about exchange Microsoft Rewards points for STEAM giftcards?
Roblox already uses Microsoft Rewards program to exchange points to Robux giftcards so why not Valve do the same? Ive earned a lot points and wanna spend them on STEAm giftcards to fillup my account walet to purchase games i want.

Why should Microsoft, who is in competition with Valve on the PC gaming market, offer Steam Wallet balance, a store credit for their competition, at the expense of Microsoft's own?

No, Microsoft will not pay for your games, especially not on a competitor platform.

No, Microsoft will not pay for your games, especially not on a competitor platform.

The real question would be: Why should Steam agree to let people exchange Microsoft Reward points (that people earn by using Microsoft's services and are basically the equivalent of Steam points) into Steam Gift cards for free? Gift cards that people have to purchase using real currency when Steam doesn't even allow their own users to use Steam points to buy gift cards or video games.
