Adult game developers should know the Steam rules in order to comply with them. It is necessary to reform the moderation system for adult games on Steam.
Currently, the rules regarding adult games are written so vaguely that an adult game developer cannot comply with them, as there are no clear criteria for what can and cannot be done.

In fact, if a game has adult content, it can be deleted at any time by someone referring to the payment system clause, and it is impossible to find out how to comply with this clause.

For example, 修仙•母珠传 Pig Training Legend - Content expansion pack, was deleted some time ago under the clause "violates payment system rules". There was no incest or rape, the character was +18.

And the developer himself does not know which scene in the game violated the rules, and what exactly it violated.

It seems to me that Steam should:
1) Develop clear rules about what is allowed and what is not
2) Indicate what exactly he doesn't like about the game
3) Conduct negotiations so that the developer can change the controversial point or justify his position.

The current situation with moderation is insane, a conscientious developer is not protected from being removed at any time for an unclear point.

This is a long standing problem and part of it is that the payment processors are unpredictable, arbitrary, and capricious about what they remove. They do not communicate this information to the business. So the business has to blind guess. It creates a hog call situation that benefits nobody but people who take pleasure in seeing the system used to punish people. Valve cannot provide information the payment processors do not provide, so they must comply blindly and without answers. Certain arguments about enforcement on this board vis a vis name and shame rules have been carried out similarly
