I boughed a background with my steam points "animated one" but i didnt like it after i saw resolotion of that backround, i wanted to get refund my points but steam didn't help about that and says points are not refundable. i can understand that but why we can't try the background before we buy it? we just need a little button to try that if we like we can buy it and we can take the responsibility about that. (i know there is a websites you can do it but i tried and couldnt find any works with animated ones) but there is no button and backround looks good when its small so why i can't get my points back?? am i the only one getting that issue? simply put, in some cases, we should be able to get a refund.
