can i skip the 15 days cooldown on market?

my story is i change my phone so i gonna deal for the 15 days cooldown to trade . tmr was the last day for the 15 days , but idk how or why my phone suddenly went format and i cant choose for no ,then i gonna fxcking wait for another 15 days? Com on i alr wait for 15 days i even got 100 usd ready in this act to spend

Don't hold your breath. If phone sob stories negated established processes then scammers would claim their phones did x, y and z. The cooldown is just not the sort of thing that's there unless you complain.

Btw my phone dint get format by itself it get format bc my alt Gmail get hack the hacker format my phone by Google(just notice)

No one can remove or reduce a cooldown once you trigger one.
