Steam Wallet number two!
Here’s the idea.

The community is requesting that Steam develop a project. This project could be realized through agreements, potentially utilizing Valve’s own engine or one sourced from another studio if secured. The project’s development time could vary significantly, with timelines accelerated based on genuine demand. To gauge interest, Steam would analyze the level of participation. A secondary Steam wallet balance would be established, with the maximum contribution only being withdrawn and set aside if individuals demonstrate interest or wish to support the project. Based on the number of participants, the project could fail if many do not engage. In this case, funds from the secondary wallet would return to the main wallet, or they could be considered for actual development if the temporary contribution surpasses expectations. Once the title is released, participants would receive privileges or discounts.

My dream is to see a title like Witch Hunt developed using a graphics engine like Avalanche Studios.

Old titles can also be recovered... Pick'n Pile for example.

To create something similar to Populous 4

Ask the IP holders to upgrade their games using a newer game engine.
