Export a list of installed games by storage drive/library and/or total across all drives
If a user goes to Settings > Storage, there's a very helpful list that shows a dropdown where one can choose all storage drive (HDD, SSD) and the directory/Steam Library where games can be installed there, or create a new one on another drive. It shows a breakdown of the drive size, space remaining, the amount of space taken up by different categories (Steam games, DLC, other non-Steam content etc) and below that a list of each game installed on that drive with its size and other parameters. Users can even filter titles by different parameters like size on disk (the default), last played order, alphabetical etc

This is a great feature to know what is installed where and how it breaks down. Even better, each title has a checkbox next to it allowing users to check multiple games at a time (and totaling up their install sizes visibly) to either Uninstall or Move to another Steam Library/drive location. While i'm kind of surprised that "Backup" is not also an option here as well, one feature that would be helpful is simply to export this data in an informational database file of some sort.

Everything visible in Storage and detailed in the Libraries and their drives, could be exported in a format to allow users to keep a record of what games were installed on which drives. Be it building a new system, changing around hard drives, or just wanting to remember what you had installed as part of your intended play backlog, this would be a useful feature and hypothetically not particularly difficult as all the information is already present on the Storage tab! All the user needs to do is have it exported in a (mostly but not necessarily exclusively text, database) format that preserves that information so they could have a list of the 189 games and their parameters that were installed on SteamLibrary2 from Drive D:, and another list of the 99 games installed on SteamLibrary3 from Drive E: etc. Alternately, a user could request a complete list of all installed titles across all drives, each with pertinent metrics.

While these exported files could be purely informational, it would be ideal if they were able to be imported into another Steam install (perhaps after a reformat or new build) to reinstall previously available titles in a batch; this could be done from both downloading or if available, from Backup files. In any event, this could be beneficial for organization of a player's Steam Library and would be an appreciated feature to add if possible. Thank you.
