Intrusive and annoying startup.
I click to start Steam. I then switch to my second monitor and while doing something on said monitor, Steam loads up and cancels out my actions on the second monitor.

Is there no way for your program to start without being so intrusive? I have other launchers and they aren't built by incompetence. They don't interrupt things. They don't appear over my current tasks and cancel out actions.

Such an amateur thing that you should have solved ages ago.

Steam and most other programs are not designed with multiple monitors in mind.
Regardless of the number of monitors, you are still using the same system.

The app has had a problem with stealing focus multiple times on start up for several years now. It is exceedingly bad design and out of proportion annoying to some people.

I should have added "for good reason" to the end of that to remove any ambiguity. I am one of those people. I dont even have the client restarting weekly, usually, and it still still annoys the piss out of me.
