You can try posting any game-related problem on that game's forum and hope someone from dev team will check it out.
They have no connection to any games.
You need to post your issues in that games forum or check to see if there is a place to send bug reports straight to the devs.
CS2 game devs and Steam support are not the same people.

Make sure you include detailed information in your email.
How much can you describe something? How long has it been known that the jumps were broken? But apparently, no one was able to describe it accurately enough. :)
