Please Ban "Forum Game" Threads

These threads are spammed whenever a good back-and-forth takes place in other threads. Knocking them down the thread list. Bumping them to the second or third page. Where people often don't look.

The worst offender is the "Counting Game" thread. In which each person is to post the next number in a sequence. That thread has no value or relevance. The is no math, creativity, or anything remotely resembling interesting in that thread. It is literally just people posting numbers.

There's at least five similar threads constantly spammed in OT.

These are getting in the way of meaningful conversations.

You could expand the amount of threads to 30 or 50 per page.

I disagree. The political threads have interesting and developing conversations. 1-2-3 is literally infantile. I cannot imagine a person beyond age 5 finding that amusing.

Also, pretty much every aspect of a person is political. Therefore, banning politics is the same as banning personal opinion. Which would be everything. Which would not make sense.

Or, and this is a crazy idea, play steam games if they are going to spend their time on steam. but each to their own.
