Allow users to delete local screenshots while keeping the uploaded/published screenshot

Title. Deleting a screenshot should always ask you whether you're trying to delete the local screenshot, the published screenshot, or both.

if you delete the screenshot from the screenshot folder after uploading it does it delete the uploaded screenshot?

If you delete it via the steam screenshot manager, yes.

If you mean manually by going to the folder and deleting the file, no but then Steam shows a bunch of error images in your library/screenshot manager because it tries and fails to pull up the previously taken screenshots.
