As a rule of thumb, nothing you can do with software will void the warranty of your hardware. Unless you're using some manufacturer tools that actually write new data to hardware instead of spoofing.
What software are you going to use?

If it's a spoofing tool, yes. If it's some manufacturer-internal low-level tool, then no. But those are really hard to come by.

Nope. You can write all you want to ask in this forum thread.

What tool are you going to use? I bet it's not one that actuall writes low-level stuff into your hardware, but I can check.

How exactly? I ain't gonna search stuff on the web for you.
HOWEVER, why exactly do you want to change your hardware ID? Maybe there's a simpler solution to the initial problem.

Last time I checked, Valorant had kernel-level AC stuff (some people might call it a rootkit, I am not inclined to protest this categorization). Meaning you can't spoof that, you have to actually set stuff inside the very hardware which AFAIK voids the warranty.
