Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma right ear cup problem [Fixed]
I've been having problems with my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma for the past 3-4 days. The right ear cup is not working correctly.
I'll explain:
The left ear cup is working perfectly, as good as new.
But the right ear cup has very low volume. I tried to fix this as it is very annoying. But I couldn't really find anything other than people telling other people to return it, which is not possible for me as I've had it for almost 3 months.

Is their anyone who has/had the same problem and has found a solution to this problem?
If so, please help me with this.
If you can, as soon as possible would be appreciated, because this really downs my experience...

If you are having problems in one side of the headset, it's usually an electrical connection problem. Either the cable, the connector, the volume control or the speaker itself.

So, what should I do? I tried reconnecting the headset, which didn't work...

You can purchase a meter to check for continuity on the connections.

I found a solution, it surprised me that I hadn't tried this yet: I put it in another USB port. This one USB port that it was in before, is the USB port that's always messing things up. Instead of inmediatly removing the discussion, I'm just letting you know that I fixed it. Thanks for trying to help anyway.

I found another solution by the way. Right click on your sound icon, click on 'Playback devices', right click your headset, click properties, click on the 'Levels' tab, and then click on 'Balance' and make both ear cups the same volume. It takes long, but it's the only solution I found besides from switching USB ports.
Thank you so much! I've been looking for so long for a solution.

No problem man.
Sadly short after this post the pieces of ♥♥♥♥ short circuited and died. After 1 year, might I add.

So you're gonna buy a new headset?

Already got one. Steelseries Siberia 200, also a piece of ♥♥♥♥. Don't buy. I'm stuck with it for now though, kinda broke at the moment lmao

This worked for me! Thank you!

Update on the headset situation, the Siberia 200 has also passed away. Just like the Kraken, the one earcup stopped working, and played every sound incredibly silent, and giving it a tap would make the sound normal again. Until one day, when I 'tapped' it too hard and both earcups stopped working. Got mad and threw it against the wall, now the ear cup just broke off.
Got a HyperX Cloud 2 now. It's really good. I recommend it.

Instead of switching the usb port remove the krakens from the device list then connect the usb again and it will then set it to work. And dont mess with kraken calibration it will mess the thing up.

I appreciate the advice but the Kraken is permanently dead
There's an internal electrical problem which caused it to short circuit (I think).
Whenever I'd plug it in, it wouldn't work and the usb would get insanely hot.
