update bios and get all the drivers from the mfg/oem site

never use windows update for drivers
Did you reboot? Does the sound come out of the audio port if there is one?

or if it was repaired, they may have forgot to plug in its internal speakers
I dont know, what i know, all output device detected, and have reaction to the media, tried with headset plugged to audio port still nada
There something wrong with the soundcard

It happened on my PC months ago, but i power cycled , suddenly back normal again
But it was kinda different case, my pc suddenly no output, the realtek something is gone, the driver still there but just no more realtek
Worked lil bit when i did system restore then gone again
Only power cycle somehow. Fixes it
Gonna try power cycle tomorrow
Volume. Check win11 its a maze in the sound section
Windows Audio Advanced Troubleshooter
So , i reset bios setting, set too default thingy and now the sound is back, but only on my Headset and that is a progress. The speaker still dead

Guess maybe my soundcard is dying but finnaly i can do zoom meeting again
More likely a speaker problem. As suggested above, maybe a connection has come apart - speakers are usually just press on connectors in laptops. The X390 is easy enough to open up if you want to check - look in YouTube to see how.
