My laptop doesn't work right.

So there is a problem with my gaming laptop, where any time I press the window button to get out if a game or simply access other apps, my mouse just won't work afterwards.

No matter what I try to click, even if it's Google, settings, or even other apps. I can't even turn off or restart my pc. So I have to press the power button but even then it doesn't work.

The only thing that works is that I turn the pc off and on three times and ask it to restart, and then it works, but please help its becoming unbearable to turn it off and on every 10 minutes just to use Google.

A "bug" in the Windows button on a laptop can manifest as the button not working at all, becoming stuck, or having unintended functionality. To troubleshoot, try checking for software conflicts, updating keyboard drivers, restarting the explorer process, and ensuring no key-mapping software or gaming modes are active.

reinstalling windows is another option i guess...

sometimes it's not even the button that causes this, sometimes it's just i turn on the pc and i can't do anything at all. not even turn it off except if i press the power button

Not sure if this applies to your issue, but I noticed there is a setting in Power & Battery > Energy recommendation > [Stop USB devices when my screen is off]

Shouldn't be a problem for normal operations, but I wonder if it could be an issue if your sleep/hibernate is not working right.

You could try disabling all sleep and hibernate functions as well as that option. I would also try cold-booting your laptop after that is done. Far as I know you can do this by unplugging all peripherals, shutting the system down and then holding the power button for 15 seconds.

You might have to look up specific instructions for cold-booting for your particular laptop model.

if using reboot fixes the problem (actually forces shutdown and clean boot)
disable hibernate in power options
and/or
winkey + r -> cmd (as administrator)
powercfg -h off
then reboot to apply the setting

Laptop's have
Stripe connected from touch mouse and separate stripe for keyboard to motherboard port

Does it happen when not connected to the internet airplane mode?
Does it happen during safe mode?
Does it happen while in bios?

After setting your system into airplane mode or just turning off router for a moment.
Start into bios move mouse around, press windows key see if mouse moves.
Try in safemode.
