Devil's pc
My PC turns on everything including the peripherals but unfortunately I can't do anything since it stays on a black screen. I've already cleaned the PC, I've tested the memories, I've tested the video card and the HDMI cable but nothing works.

Look at the advanced USB power settings in OS and in the bios.

does it post beep?
if pc speaker is on the mobo or connected to the header?

or post bios splash to the display?

what cpu?
if it has no igpu, make sure to only plug the display into the dedicated gpu

if it has an igpu, did you try removing the dedicated gpu and using the igpu ports from the mobo?

I don't have the beeper and an i3 10100f I tested it with two different video cards but it doesn't show video and it doesn't show the bios
Try reseating RAM.

the 10100f has no igpu, so you cant use the mobo video outputs

unplug everything except for cpu/gpu a single dimm and test
it should say os not found or boot to bios

if that still fails, check the mobo, remove it, and see if only the standoffs the mobo has mounts for are installed in the case
extra standoffs can short important things
Was this PC working prior and what exactly happened when it first went to black?

nothing, I just did what I always did which was turn it off and on the next day normally, I thought it was even dirt but it wasn't
You remove the cmos battery? Clear the cmos?

Unplug any extra usb stuff. Can cause black screens. Usb stuff will likely still work if you reconnect it after booting into windows. Just needs the single successful boot up.

Check if power cables are plugged in to and from the power supply.

Any diagnostic lights on on the mainboard?

Ram stick bad? Dual channel don't work anymore? Try 1 ram stick, then the other.

Check monitor menu to see if monitor input port is set to the correct port.

Mainboard model? Pc specs?

Could also just be a windows app, etc... Some can black screen the pc before the bios boots up.

Any lightning storms, etc...?

And turn off the switch on the PSU.
Can unplug front panel usb stuff, rgb, etc... Might be a thing plugged into the mainboard.

Can try unplugging the hard drives to eliminate the possible windows part or even a bad drive (mechanical hdd?).

Basically do a minimum hardware boot. But then still stuck with mainboard, cpu, psu or some random issue. Or possibly both ram sticks got toasted.

Gpu fans spin for a bit at start up? Any lights on them?
