Yes I do. I don't look at things like input lag so i don't know. It works, system runs well and fps is good for games/stuff i do. Not interested in looking for an issue i don't have and cannot understand peoples obsession with doing so.
I don’t have this particular GPU but this is how it generally works on any GPU. There are some edge cases when DLSS upscaling can lower performance and worsen input lag but these are rather rare exceptions.
The only thing you won’t be able to do is DLSS frame generation and multi frame generation. You can even use new DLSS transformer model with the new nvidia app.
Nvidia basically upgraded all older RTX card with the new DLSS.
Though, if you are short on funds, I'd suggest waiting a bit gir the 5050 or looking at your local second hand market, the 3050 8GB is not the best buy right now, you can also look at AMD 6600, you'll gain some decent raster performance, but lose out on raytracing and upscaling quality / nvidias extra stuff, but, something to consider if you must buy new.
I ran the 3050 8GB with an i5 13400 and 32GB ddr4 3600 and generally could run 1440p with dlss quality which would look a bit better than 1080p native in a bunch of games, but, be realistic with your settings and play around for best results for you, 1080p dlss quality looked OK, 1440p performance looked a bit worse but could get some extra performance at times, I never found I needed 1080p performance mode and could generally run stuff at medium and some high settings and keep above 60fps with my general goal being closer to 90 fps.
You are looking at the very entry level, it's not like you have a better option, at this level you have to accept compromises, if you want something better, wait and see what the 9050 / 5050 are like or look to second hand market.
